Home Visiting

Help Me Grow Home Visiting is a voluntary home-based program that focuses on a baby’s early experiences.

These experiences are the building blocks that shape how the brain is built and create a foundation for success in life. Home visiting matches parents with a trained Home Visitor who visits the family wherever they live.

The home visitor shares information from the Growing Great Kids Curriculum which is full of topics to strengthen the parent-child relationship.  Parents may also select topics that are most interesting or important to them which allows for a sort of “choose your own adventure” experience.

HMG encourages early prenatal and well-baby care, as well as parenting education to promote the comprehensive health and development of children.  Our home visiting program includes a visit incentive program.  Through active participation, families can earn their choice of:

  • 50 diapers
  • Transit voucher
  • Gas voucher
  • Pizza
